NOTE - Persons showing up at the doors INEBRIATED or appearing so, will NOT be admitted to the theatre event and NO REFUND will be issued.
All persons, purses or other accessories will be searched prior to entrance onto the theatre premises. You will go through a metal detector.
1- Refunds:EVENT CANCELLATION: If the Watseka Theatre CANCELS the event with no event postponement notification, a full refund, including handling fees, will be issued to the method of payment. EVENT POSTPONEMENT: If the event is postponed, refunds for the original event date are at the sole discretion of the Watseka Theatre. The ticket handling fees will NOT be refunded.
2- Choosing seat locations- For reserved seating events, you cannot select your specific seat when purchasing tickets on this website. Purchase your ticket in the price and area in which you want to sit. When notification is received by us, you will be assigned on a first come first serve basis the best possible seats available in that area. You may call us at 815.993.6585 to select your specific seats.
3- Ticket Handling Fee- There are handling fees associated with purchasing ALL tickets whether purchased on line, over the phone or in person. Please see Refund Policy above with respect to handling fees.
4- On Line Tickets Sales- Tickets may be purchased on each event page. PayPal processes all on-line ticket sales. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase tickets. You may purchase multiple tickets in one transaction. Two receipts will be emailed to you. One immediately from PayPal notifying you of your purchase including a unique transaction number. The second will come from the Watseka Theatre within 72 hours of your purchase. This is the official confirmation email from 'tickets@watsekatheatre.com' and will include pertinent information regarding the event including your seating locations. Print the email or save to your phone, from the Watseka Theatre for it is proof of purchase and present it at the ticket booth upon arrival at the theatre. You will receive an actual event "ticket" at that time.
5- Special Needs ADA- If you or someone in your party is in a wheelchair or has other special seating needs, we will accommodate. Please call 815.993.6585 to address this opportunity.
6- Day Of Concert Status- It is your responsibility to check on the status of concerts. If the Watseka Theatre must cancel or postpone an event for any reason, we will attempt to contact ticket holders with the information you have provided us. Always check our website www.watsekatheatre.com to verify the event status prior to travel.
