PLEASE READ this boring but IMPORTANT information
prior to purchasing tickets. Thank you.

We are going to sell reserved tickets online for the first time and here is how:

1 - Choose your ticket location with associated price : VIP/ Main Floor/Balcony First Row or Balcony second row and back.
2 - Select the corresponding PayPal button, click on it and continue in PayPal to purchase the
      number of tickets you desire. NOTE: There is usually a service fee assessed per ticket at check-out.
3 - Print your PayPal receipt : this document is "the ticket(s)".
4 - When PayPal sends me notification of your purchase, I will email you, and, on a first come
      first serve basis, assign you the best possible seats available. If you have a specific area in
      which you would like to sit, email your request to tickets@watsekatheatre.com OR CALL
      AHEAD FOR SEATING AVAILABILITY AT 815.993.6585. We will try to
      accommodate your request.
      You will be emailed a confirmation of your purchase with your specific seat numbers.
5 - Present the official PayPal confirmation "ticket" at the ticket booth upon your arrival for the
      event for admission to the event.
6 - Tickets may be purchased in person or via a phone order.   Call 815.993.6585 for assistance.

7. REFUND POLICY-

NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED FOR TICKETS WHETHER PURCHASED ON-LINE, IN PERSON OR VIA PHONE ORDERS. We realize stuff happens in our daily lives that may make it impossible to attend an event after tickets have been purchased. The Watseka Theatre does not buy tickets back. You may give or sell your tickets to another person.
   PLEASE BE SURE OF DATES BEFORE PURCHASING. Again, YOU MAY SELL OR GIVE YOUR TICKETS TO ANOTHER PARTY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND FOR WHATEVER REASONS.
8. IF THE WATSEKA THEATRE CANCELS A SHOW for which you hold a ticket, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
9. GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS FALL UNDER THE SAME REFUND POLICY.

   UPGRADES FOR THE SAME EVENT ARE AVAILABLE, SEATING PERMITTED, FOR ALL
   EVENTS.

***NOTE: Balcony seating may not have a 100% complete view of the whole stage. This is reflected in the difference in price of the Main Floor ticket and the Balcony ticket. If you have any questions, please call us prior to purchasing a ticket.

Print out the confirmation receipt from your PayPal transaction and THIS OFFICIAL DOCUMENT IS YOUR "TICKET(s)". Seat assignments are made after payment is received and you will be notified via email as to your specific seat location(s). If you have a favorite seat location, please leave that information in the "leave a message for us" area while you are buying through PayPal. A phone call is also acceptable. We accommodate as much as possible.
